Can anyone advise, my p38 4.6 petrol decided to syphon out through the header tank filler whilst i was parked sideways on a hill on tickover any ideas what is wrong as you just fill it up again and it is fine but this is the second time it has happened whilst reversing my caravan into my drive, TIA

Your cap is knackered. Renew it. (The water is expanding as it gets hot. If the cap is knackered, it won't contain the pressure and the water will overflow out the cap).
