I am filling my swivels with grease but one of my level plugs is stuck solid. I anticipate that when I get it out it won't be in a great state.

I want to get replacements ready to refit and I am considering getting some stainless ones. I was just going to get some 3/8" BSP in stainless. Can anyone see an issue with this? I can use some PTFE tape when fitting to seal but also isolate the threads.

Is this viable and is 3/8 BSP the correct thread size?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks Flossie, that sounds like a good option. I was trying to get them online and the stainless ones I have seen are a reasonable price. When you look up the land rover ones they have different part numbers for different chassis numbers, but as my axle may not be from my truck I can't be sure which it is and they don't give you the thread size in the item description.
