This is a stupid question I know, but I have lost my hanynes manual :( How do I will up my swivel? I presumed it was the square plug on the front of the hub to fill (shown in pic) and the square one on the bottom to drain but the one shot grease that came with my CV joint kit doesn't want to go into it, a little goes in when i turn the hub at the same time but about half comes back out again?? Also should i really use the one shot grease or is EP90 better?
Thanks, Harry

cue the grease/oil argument. try filling with the drain plug out until it starts spilling out of there

Did you put the grease into a bucket of boiling or hot water first? It makes it much thiner and easy to use.

Haynes says 0.35 litres per swivel pin housing.... I presume you have had it to bits and it was empty. Check how much is in the one shot sachet. It says do not over fill... allow to settle but I think that refers to EP90. You can use either.... any slight leaks will not show when using one shot

put the wheel on full lock and insert 1 sachet in each swivel. No need to heat it up or leave drain plug out. Rotate the wheel a couple of times whilst filling the swivel.

What type of top swivel pin do you have? A bearing or the Railko bush? You can use one shot with the bearing but you shouldnt with the Railko bush.
