swivel ball to axle bolts

Prepared to be slated here and done a search.
How do you torque up these bolts as you cannot get a socket and conventional torque wrench on.
 
this video is brilliant. pt 2 the rebuild. look for pt1 dismantle.

the bloke shows and explains how things work and put back together in easy terms.

I found it invaluable when changing my swivel balls.

Just clicked the link an watched first few minutes on my phone. Looks like a very handy video. GOIng to make a cup of tea, a slice of cake and go in the front room and watch it on the 60" I think. :D
