Swaping 300tdi for disco 200tdi?

Anyone know if this is straight forward, I believe the turbo and manifolds will have to be moved but if anyone knows if this is a viable option it'll save me a few hundred punds and a complete engine strip and rebuild.

All parts of 300 fine bar crankshaft & big end.:eek:
