Swap nearly new nexen m/tyres for special track or similar only 300 miles old

Im after a set of insa special track or similar ( same tred pattern different make)Almost new same condition please.

I'm after a straight swap.

I have a set of nexen m/t 235/85/16 that have only done about 300 miles on white 8 spoke steels only marks a a few little ones on he edge from tyre fitter.
