Well I'm now done, both front and rear springs and shockers are on and the car sits a little higher, rides very well on road and is now how it should be over the bumps.
Verdict, well worth the effort and a vast improvement over standard.
I've not tried the harder spring kit but I can say this one is excellent.

I also put the new braided hoses on to replace the old rubber pipes, very nice too
