suspension pump ?

just brought a suspension pump with all the relays, plugged it in and nothings happening?, would it need reprograming on a diagnostics machine ?
any ideas welcombe

There's nothing in the pump itself that's programable, it's a completely passive part.

Is the RR showing an EAS fault ?
