suspension lift bouncing

Hi Guys
Got me some second hand Britpart plus 2 inch springs at Billing and some Terrafirma shocks. I changed the back end while we were there to see the difference on the course and the back end seems to bounce all over he place as if the shocks aint doing anything. Could this be cos I have mixed the 2 different makes. Or are Terrafirma just ****e anyway.

have you charged the shocks? fully compress and extend them a couple of times to get the oil flowing inside. this may solve it. i dont have any probs with my terrafirma springs or shocks.

na that would make no odds.. the bit part ones will probably be firmer but that would be more like a solid bang, if it bouncing its prolly ya shocks.
i just fitted + s scorpion springs , still on standrsd shocks tho at the mo.. due to the size of my tyres i do get a bit of bump steer.. try your original shocks on it see how it is..
