I'm a little puzzled. I read in my manual the sunroof had an auto position to cut out wind noise (apart from closed:) ) but only when the roof is set. I have tried to set it but no message comes up on the command center. Am i doing something wrong. It does auto open all the way and close!

does it open and close via one touch? if so i dont think there's anything else you can do with them ?

Have found this info in the manual:

"If the battery has been disconnected, the one touch
and anti-trap function will become inoperative. These
functions can be reset by fully opening and closing,
then fully tilting and closing the sunroof panel in one
continuous operation. An audible warning will sound
and ’SUNROOF NOT SET’ will be displayed on the
message centre in the instrument pack when the
sunroof is being operated.
When the above procedure has been successfully
completed, an audible warning will sound and
’SUNROOF SET’ will be displayed on the message
centre."

You can try to see if that gets it working correctly.

I found the only way to set my sunroof properly was to go through the tilt/close, open roof/close sequence but add a further tilt/close to the sequence - during final tilt/close the computer beeped and message sunroof set was displayed
It needs to be done as one sequence with no gaps though
Worth a try ?

O.K. this is getting frustrating:( When you say no gaps how long do you call a gap? I just tried this but you have to change the switch direction do you class this as a gap? Also which key position do you do it in?

Do it with the engine running
By no gaps I mean go to the other end of the rocker switch as quickly as you can so the opening/closing is seamless - don't go and make a cup of tea between sequences :D
Works for me any time I've disconnected the battery
Just keep your finger on the rocker switch all the time and make sure to completely open/close
