Hi folks, just joined the forum, as I am now a proud owner of a 2008 freelander 2 hse. When I bought the car, I failed to check if the sunroof operated correctly. When I got home, tried it, and .....nothing happened when I pressed the button. I am sure I have read on here somewhere, that if the battery has been disconnected at any point, you have to press the button for 20 secs to make it work again. I have tried this to no avail. I tried looking in the manual to see which fuse is responsible for the sunroof, but could only find the electric window fuses. Any ideas on which fuse box to check and the number of the fuse? Also, does anyone know if I try disconnecting the battery ( to reset the ECU ) how long does the battery need to be disconnected to achieve this. Thanks in advance Guys!
