sump pan?????

When I had trouble with the sump nut on a 300 Tdi ( they are noted for giving trouble ) some time ago I fitted the sump nut marketed by Difflock . It was fitted using threadlock and never gave any problems since . It had a brass cap which you loosen to drain the oil and you could even get a length of pipe that would screw onto the bung in the sump - which made oil change very tidy
