In a disco one what's the name of the clip that is like a p clip but open, and holds the seat belt receiver's stalk in place?

I'm sure I found one that looked suitable online last week, but seem to be failing to repeat this previous success....

an 'r' clip or even a split pin would do as long as it's secure, even used keyrings in the past as they are a pain to put on and even harder to get off
