i seem to have gained a slightly strange issue in my 2003 vogue, not sure if it's the steering column or memory seats playing up this time.
so if i enter the car as normal steering coloumn adjusts to the correct driving position for me no problems, if someone else has been driving and i hit memoery button 1 for my driving position it puts the seat back to the correct position, but the steering wheel on it's max forward adjustment and max lowest adjustment i have reset this and saved the the position to memory again but steering wheel does the same, strangly the up/down motor seems to keep running all the time the memory button is pressed is there a sensor in there that could be playing up? or is it possibly the seat memory going funny?
strangely as well seat position memory 2 puts seat in to lowest position as far forward as it would go with steering wheel at same angle just as it would if a small child was driving (i don't have any kids here to play with the buttons) so it's all a little wierd to say the least
