Disco 2 Strange diagnostics results

So I recently bought proper diagnostic tool to help diagnose my three amigos problem, however when I ran the diagnostics I noticed there were 4 error codes for Air conditioning. When I bought the truck it did not have air con or at least it didn't look like it did as it had a very simple set of heater controls in the centre console.

Would these errors indicate that it used to have air con but someone has removed it? If so would it be possible to reinstate it?

you do not say how old your D2 is. If it is an older one, the only indication of air con in the cab is the snowflake button 2nd from the left under the other round heater controls. But the compressor under the bonnet is fairly obvious. Big thing top right as you are looking at the front of the engine. If it ain't there you would have to have something for the serpentine belt to run around, I think, unless a shorter one can be persuaded to do the job without it. But not all D2s have air con and it may just be your diagnostic picking that up, in its own roundabout way!
