Unfortunately there were no security devices fitted. I'm really regretting that now.

Not much detail I can add to the theft. Vehicle was parked on a private driveway outside my friend house. At around 3am his dogs started barking, which is unusual. He thought they wanted to go out and when he went outside found my Defender gone. Neither my friend or his wife heard an engine, so we are guessing the lock was forced and it was rolled off the drive and around the corner. Then either ignition forced or towed/flat backed away. I was at the location within 20mins and drove the area for over two hours with no signs.

Thanks for posting Party Monkey. Not been a good day.

Just got a call from the police........with the crime reference number. Whoopy!

"Unfortunately there were no security devices fitted."

I don't mean to add insult to injury but I really wish people would, at the very least, fit a Disklok/Clutch Claw as a matter of course.
Defenders are one of the most sought after and easiest to break into vehicles out there and this is common knowledge. :(

i was thinking the same thing, its common knowledge that defenders are sought after by thieves, not securing them is crazy!
