Stolen vehicles recovered following South Wiltshire crash

A Land Rover Defender was found, overturned, blocking Gomeldon Road at around 1.00am by MOD officers - it was towing a trailer and a mini digger too.

But when Wiltshire Police investigated, they discovered the Land Rover had been stolen overnight from the Harnham area while the trailer and digger had been taken from outside a house in Shipton Bellinger.

In both cases, the owners weren't even aware that the vehicles were missing.
