Hi All,

Is it possable to fit a PTO winch on to a 96 300tdi 90. I have seen some on
e-bay for 90/110 landys and would like to know if they would fit my 90. I
have had a look underneith but cannot see what path the drive shaft would
take?

The winches I've seen for sale are the Fairy type!

Regards

Mark....

On series landies there is a hole in the front cross member directly
infront of the bottom pulley.
There are also in the center and back x-members too that line up
with the back of the gearbox.

i dunno about defenders.

If you want a PTO winch, your best bet is to fit a hydraulic one, far better
control than a purely mechanical one.
