Just a thought, we get a lot of 1st time posters in the stolen section. There are a few basic bits of info which are useful for a first time poster to include, therefore, would it be sensible to have a 'how to post here' in the stolen section and include things like:
Location
Time of theft
Reg. no.
Description / obvious features
Pictures
etc.
