i,ve got oil in my expansion tank ,lots! bottom hose went a few weeks ago and then top hose both were renewed immediately could the head gasket be gone and how much of a job is it

it could be that the oil cooler in the radiator is leaking oil into the radiator

As it's a TD5 it'll almost certainly be the oil cooler which is a large lump of a thing attached to the passenger side of the engine, under the exhaust manifold.
Not cheap to replace !!!!!
