step by step removal and fit

Hi all, I need your help.

I have been told, by a fellow landyzone member i need a new idle air control valve.

So i thought i will have a go, rather than going (paying) to the garage.

I have got my idle control valve,

But now where do i go? What tools or other parts do i need?

Please could some one give me a quick step by step guide to locate remove and refit new idle air control valve.
