Step by step guide to doing the boot pan???

Hi Guys,
looking at thos pics, my pan does not seem so bad, on the pic with the red circle, my rust crack goes accross the car instead of along the car side.
I took it to a Landy garage near me that does all the farmers landie's, he reckons the cross members are ok, just the floor pan.
Has anyone done the inside wheel arches in the engine bay, mine are pretty shot.
will put some pics on at the weekend. will also take the whole floor pan carpet out and look at how much the rust has spread.

RAZ8550TDI, you are not in the Dorset area are you? seems like you are a dab hand at welding.
If you are riveting the pan in place what sealant would you use to make sure it is water tight?

no sorry mate am in not so sunny liverpool. if you wanna pop rivet then a coat of seam sealer all the way round and over the rivets wouldnt go a miss. nice lick of paint over the top and the job should look a tidy one.
