Steering Wheel Size

My girlfriend's Defender has a tiny boy racer steering wheel on it, which the previous owner didn't even mount straight.

This little steering wheel is proving to be a bit of nightmare and down right dangerous especially when you get a wobble on at a 'highish speed', and by highish speed I mean anything over 40.

She wants to replace it with an original / standard proper sized steering wheel.

Anyone have one for sale?
