They are c***s to get off thou
nope but I have a tape measure and a drill + drill bits. And an amma is the most important tool a landy owner owns. I have several of em..I used the metal trick but it is still hassle cos don't know bout you but I don't have bits of metal laying about with two holes in the exact same place. And hitting it with a big hammer is not the answer it's a pikeys tool
If you don't like the look of your steering column use a hammer mate
natas, I have a cunning plan. Ill get you a new steering wheel free of charge. All you have to do is buy me a flight out to deliver it to you. Oh, and Ill need to stay in your Cash House for lets say, a week, maybe two?
Let me know what you think
I was lucky perhaps, as my steering wheel came off easily with a tap of a hammer. As said, undo the nut but leave it on before hitting the wheel.
