steering setup questions

Evening all, can someone explain to me what I need to do to re align everything back to normal.

When my steering lock is engaged my steering wheel is out by 90 degrees to the right and if you look at the position of the road wheels they are pointing left? Clearly something is off but where do I begin to put it all back the way it should be?

you need to set steering box first either by pin up through back of drop arm into bottom of pas box or by counting turns about 3 and 3/4 in total and setting in the middle ,if you want steering lock to align with central position youd need to pull ujs of steering box and refit with lock slot in column in correct place ,then remove wheel and fit central if not ,now streering wheel and lock plus box are central take it for a short run and note were steering wheel is when driving wheels are straight if out adjust drag link till its central again,if you park and leave steering wheel as is when driving straight when you adjust drag link you will see steering wheel move in either direction so adjust to suit

a bit of work ,but you must start with box central ,drag link if threads are seized can be loosened with penertrating spray and hitting the tube all around where thread sits in between 2 hammers ,done enough it will adjust by hand soner or later
