steering and braking problems

before i start i would like to say yes i have search the existing posts but carnt find the info i need to my knowledge but if i have missed it then plz post a link to the info thanks.

i have a 87 reg 90 if that helps the problem is the steering pulls to the right when driving normally which wasnt to much of a problem at first but all of a sudden whn i brake my steering now pulls to the right which is causing alot of trouble whn it last snowed it seemed to be making my little 90 slide on the road i just put it down to the ice but it feels like i am goin to loose control of the car even on the clear roads any help would be appreciated i have a farly good knowlegde of cars but i would like a second opinion before i start playing with the barkes etc.

tracking worn bushes, kanckered springs/shocks wheel bearings and any one of half a doz other things check for play in the steering or wheels

leaking wheel cylinder or contaminated brakes possibly
