Starting my Disco II after 4 years of not using it

hi!! im looking to fix up my Discorvery II 2002 , its been parked for 4 years due to a faulty fuel pump, couldn't get anyone to fix it, but recently learned to do it and just fixed it. but still does not start . i have changed the battery and old gas , added 14 $ of gas (don't know if thats much for today) any suggestions
