Hi guys,
I have just registered as i think the guy who sold my dad our much loved 110 was talking rubbish, and i know forums like these are the place to ask!
It will start from cold, but it will only do so after turning over for about 10 seconds.
Its a 1990 2.5t (200?) on 90k, and does run a little lumpy like so many old disels do, so know doubt it struggles with compression a little when cold.
Q, As there is no light for plugs (which are tested and fine), how long should you leave them before turning the key all the way. Its seems to make very little odds but Landy man said 15 - 20 seconds, and i think that seems OTT!
I read about the leaking diesel pipes and will check next time i visit the olds.
Anything else to look for?
Regards
Tom
