Starter problem after new head gasket

After replacing the head gasket on our 2.2 puma. The starter does not seem to be activating properly. But works second try does any one have any ideas what this could be, I've attached a video, possible bad starter?
 
No video attached , have you checked all terminals are tight, both positive and earths , charge rate of alternator and battery condition
