Use a stick
Why?? do try to be specific. I have a stick welder. 100amp powerdevil ****ty thing that hasn't been used for about 4years have 1/6mm 2.5mm and 3.5mm (IIRC) also been stood around for 4 years. Do ya think I'll get better results with the sticks than I would with me 190amp mig????

Maybe ? but I was thinking if you've run out of mig wire then you may as well use that if you've got some decent sticks left over!
The welds I did earlier today on the 3mm box I was using 1/8th rods on 110A which is a 3.2mm rod, they turned out pretty nice IMO

Made this a while ago for my mate, he was goin camping in Scotland and you are not allowed open fires.
Made it from a Helium bottle and some 3 inch exhaust pipe, very light so as it could be thrown on the roof rack and really pumped the heat out.
Doors not as good as yours though

I like that look well sorted. I have a 300tdi downpipe that I'm planning n using for flue.
Only thing I didn't do was fit a flap to regulate it, my mate used to put a piece of slate on top of the chimney to stop it drawing so much and burning the wood away. He used to dry his socks etc on it as well
