YesAre these worth rebuilding/restoring? I believe some bits for them are unobtainable? There is one parked in a field close to where I live.

They were the precursor to the 90/110 quite an interesting vehicle LT95 and a 3.5.They arnt a Defender prototype, from what I understand they were produced to keep the old dated series competitive, it may have led the way to coilers, but its not a prototype.

The last series I looked at in a field looked reasonable until we went to move it, folded like an accordion
Hard to put a price on it without pics & knowing what condition it in.
Last time I seen it it was on what looked like an old trailer, been there a good while as the trailer is totally rotten, my guess is was someones project waiting to happen but its still worth enquiring about.
The V8 is would be more or less the same as that of the Range Rover of the same period but detuned some.
The items that may be hard to get are the constant velocity joints needed in the front axle because it was permanent four wheel drive like a 110/90. The only series 3 type fitted with them and not the same as 110/90 ones.
