SRS fault light on permanently

That's the little bugger. Got them to give me the old unit and a print out of all the faults the diagnostics listed.
Might chance me arm and write a long letter to LR complaining about the failure of a unit that REALLY shouldn't fail so catastrophically. You could live without your radio working, but you'd like the be confident that at least one of your airbags would go off in a shunt!
Got nothing to lose but the price of a stamp....

Send a copy of your letter to the SRS ECU manufacturer, BOSCH I think, and perhaps also to VOSA and make sure that LR are aware that you have written to all three.

No never got round to doing anything, life's too short.
With hindsight I probably should have given it a go. Never mind.

Have you had a similar problem then?
