Got an SRS failure on the message board. This happened a few days after I had moved the passenger seat back for an elderly person (6 foot six!!). So I thought the problem would be the stupid connectors under the seat, but no amount of pushing and pulling had no effect. So got the TestBook out. Result is a bad connector in either or two?? but due to work I havent been able to get round to sorting it. The thing is I have noticed no problem in starting now. Before she would have a dead battery in three to four days but now after a week she fired up OK ?? has the SRS been draining the battery>

Can't see anyway the SRS could drain the battery. Maybe it's a poor battery being helped by warmer weather?
