srs and air bag fault displaying on dash

helo again rr fans,my dash has decided that ive got an air bag fault just recently, any ideas wat could be causing this.ive recently fitted a new clutch and the problem came a couple ov weeks later,,,please advise me as its messing with my mojo.thanks regards john.

I know it might sound stupid ,try looking under the passenger front seat for a in -line connecter and check that and any thing else while your there some times if it is disturbed it can create a fault message, worth a shot .

Get a diagnostic check on the airbag system by either a Stealer or Independant with either Test Book, Rovacom or Autologic.

Mine was caused by a loose yellow connector under the drivers seat. Apparently it goes to the side airbag and the intermittant contact triggered the fault.
