Sponsor comes good

Just thought I would let you all know that after receiving my renewal notice from Grove and Dean, I was horrified at the increase on last year and to cap it all another renewal came through from them a couple of days later to cover the recovery etc which I did not realise was missing from the first quote., It the first time that I have seen cover broken down into two policies. {is this another ruse }
Anyway the net result is that I shopped around and was offered and took up a very favourable quote from Adrian Flux which was even cheaper than my last year with Grove and Dean for the same cover.

I'm glad someone got service. I'm still awaiting a renewal notice for my insurance which expires at the end of this month, that is just 8 working days for me to act on it. If it does not come tomorrow then I will be looking for quotes elsewhere. I have emailed customer services today so I expect to hear back from them tomorrow. The quote had better be worth it!

Well, still no renewal and still no reply to my email. Am I to assume are not interested in doing this year's quote? Time is now so short I must start looking for a quote somewhere.

Thanks for your offer but I resorted to using the phone contact and have now managed to successfully renew.
It would be most helpful if renewal notification/quote could be sent out automatically at least two weeks in advance though as I am frequently away on my holiday trips! (Joys of retirement).
