now then chaps and chapetts..

iv currently got +2" springs on my d1 with the RAC twist kit, im looking to go to +4", iv got everything else sorted apart from front arms and panhard rod at minute but wondering, is it worth spending the £300 on getting some +4" springs made for mine to correct weight etc, or should i just get some spring spacers for £50??

and cons to spring spacers?

also does any body know how to get the Spring weight of each corner of my car? would i be able to do this at a public weight bridge by putting 1 wheel at a time on?
 
I run +2" springs on mine with the spring spacers. I'm not sure on the weights and stuff but the way I looked at it was the springs I have are fine, I just sat them up 2". I would definitely advise getting the 6 degree front arms before/at the same time though. Until I put them on I thought I was going to have to drop it back down as it was borderline undriveable.
 
They we're pricey but I went for the QT 6 ones as their gold and looked tough. I did consider the adrenelin ones but I didn't really know much about them so went with what I knew.
