L322 Speedo lighting and build data. Newbie alert.

Lazy gits should walk to meet them and walk home. If you think you were ranting you should hear me when I get started on it. Mon-Fri, 6 cars, with one child and one parent in each, leave my street within minutes of each other, they all go to the same school, 3/4 mile away. Did I already say, lazy gits

To add insult to injury, they all then do the same at home time, before taking their individual children to different sports classes because "it's good for them to get exercise". Then let them walk to and from school!

Further info: at 0120am I went out in the pitch dark and turned on the lights. Speedo and message area lit, but quite dim.

Tried shining an LED torch where the photodiode is supposed to be and tried waving it around in case it was not where the manual said it was, but there was absolutely no change in the display brightness.

Not worth buying one just for this, but would any of these IID, Hawkeye etc things help pinpoint a problem like this?

I wondered what the police helicopter was doing up at that time of the morning. May be worth having a word with Ian Berkley of Rock Ferry, 01516453342 local Indy.

Hmmm, yes the vendor said to get to know Ian Barclay. Some good places along that road including a man in a yard who found the "unobtainable" wheel I needed for the boat trailer under the stairs in his office.
I need a spare wheel for the L322. It came with a spare tyre but no wheel.
