We should congratulate the police for a good job done, but the Courts let the system down with light sentences of 2 years. At least the chief got a good stretch.
 
As Crashbox said, a big thumbs-up to the police on a job well done.

As per usual however, the courts are proving to be the weak link. You need to deter these bastards from re-offending and get them off the streets using lump-in-the-throat sentencing, not tickle them for Christ's sake!

It says they operated between two 2005 and 2010, that wasn't referring to the age of Land Rovers they were targeting.

“Chief thief” Hoyland was handed two prison sentences, both of four years, to be served concurrently, while Loveridge was jailed for two-and-a-half years and Swane was sentenced to two years behind bars.

f**king joke - they should be back to back - served in a prison sell with no doors and no access or egress.
