Im hoping to splash out on a truckcab canvas hood while the weathers more or less behaving itself but have a question for the more knowledgable
The channel is currently bodge fastened with two bolts thru it and the windscreen frame so obviously I would like to sort it as it should be done, with the four handle type clamps when I fit the new hood. Where Im uncertain is that although four clamps are used to fasten the channel down, my windscreen frame has only two corresponding holes so could I just drill 2 extra holes or is there a specific windscreen frame that is used with soft tops?
