Soaked Carpet

Anyone have soaked carpet on the front passenger side? I have a 2003 Discovery with 22K miles. Very good condition vehicle. I just noticed that my carpet is soaked. I have no idea what it is from? Before heading to the dealer, I thought I ask you folks what you think.

dose yer disco have air con? If it has, theres two plaggy tubes dangle down underneith,(outside) they often bung up with crud, just give em a poke to clean em out.

That corrected the problem. Thanks a lot! Where's all that @*$# come from? This truck is only 3 years old. It's my wife's vehicle and hasn't seen any off-road driving. Have you experienced or heard of this happening regularly?
