you have my full sympathy and like the guys said must have been weak somewhere and ready to go

i had my screen replaced a couple of years ago due to a stone hitting then later on cracking

the guy from auto glass came out via the ins and took him nearly 2 hours to replace it, he said its one of the hardest to replace and was swearing like a trooper in just trying to get the old one out

hope the guy that comes out doesn't do a runner when he sees it

Thankfully the autoglass place is right next to where I work, so I can drop it off in the morning and let it be their problem all day and have a shiny new windscreen when I pick it up.

Im also wondering if the glass excess is per window, or just one payment no matter how much... if thats the case Im half tempted to take a baseball bat to all my windows and make sure I get my moneys worth!
