surely you can see it as a joke but if not thats upto you,
and yes i can drift a car properly not just a skid out of control but a proper drift under full control just like the d1 boys and in safe situations eg track, and on the fields at my old mans farm no im not a 18 year old boy racer im in my late 30s

Do you know how much of a tool you sound??

If some Dick came around a round about who was practicing his 'Drifting' techniques and ran into my wife and kid I would cut his foooking head off!

Your 30? You need to grow up then dont you!

If you wanna drift find a empty car park like I do.......

Floor it and enjoy the ride!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Just on a serious note guys, a private hire driver told me to make sure to get all snow off roof and windows before driving as our local boys in blue (Merseyside) are handing out 6 points for the trouble of just leaving it on......could just be hear say but why tempt fate anyway????
That's what i did :D

Here's a video

That EASY fer you to say ..(livin in Hants) ... ALL the car parks are empty there ...try livin in LANCASHIRE (Note ..VERY popular place!!!) all the ****er are full up here ................

Usually wiv Pikeys & their Caravans durin the summer ..!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D

:D:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::p:p:p:p
The rest of the year, they all wear turbans or niquabs, or in the case of Claw, a gimp suit:rolleyes:

stay in High range and use difflock (do RR haave difflocks :D) on ice or snow. drive in the fresh stuff as it won't have had time to freeze. and remember even 4x4 can slide on ice.
Low range is perfect to descend iced hills at the mountains. Play with the lever and you don't have to press the brakes.

he took it straight back to get a refund .....only to be told he was a daft fooker as he'd blown it up INSIDE OUT!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D:eek::eek::eek::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I plan shortly to offer you landy owners a winter weather conversion. as you can see the prototype is base on a Lada but a version will be available for the P38:D

the 38 copes real well in snow, and you should see how well it handles the back end of a Mondeo, not a mark on the 38, trashed the plastic ford

Getting back to the thread.... the range rover is heavy and very difficult to stop it ice and snow, think ahead, when coming up to hills up or down or particularly icey patches shift to low range, and allow the engine to take the weight of the car, don't be temped to put on the brakes. when going round corners gentle excelerator will make you RR grip and pull you round the corner.

had a funny experience last year in the valley at rocombe a chap in a 4WD defender came down a very steep hill sideways sliding all the way...warned me to not go that way all red faced and picking his soiled pants out his bum !!!! 5min later a metro with 4 guys in i,t slowing crept down the hill in first not a slip or slide:D:D

And the moral of the story???,,,just because you have a 4WD don't mean you can drive!!!!

How very true!! Thats why ive got to fill out a Police form about a silly person (woman) in a Freelander who crashed into a guy i was towing up a hill in the snow we had a couple of weeks back!! Its all very well going, but its the stopping thats hard!!!
