I have a pair of snow chains standing by for some bad weather? Which wheels
are they best fitted to for alround use?Thanks for replies in advance.Ken.

If you are able to disengage the front wheels, put them in the rear.
If not it might be tricky. Maybe someone else on this.

I thought years ago Land Rover recommended putting them on the front only ?

Ken;
I put my first set an the Disco always on the back. If I still have trouble
I put my second smaller set on the front. I drive up and down hills usually
on dirt tracks. I found that locking the centre diff. is unsafe as it gives
*push steering.*
