L322 Snap in phone cradle

Hi all, so I have an L322 with the telephone system wired in. It currently has the Siemens snap in adapter (but no phone) see the images. I’d quite like to be able to connect my iPhone in its place... has anyone found a snap in adapter (possibly from BMW) that will fit?
If not, anyone got a wiring diagram for the 16 pin connector?
