small problem

Evening All,
Started the 90 today after the conversion to a 200tdi,the battery light is on all the time but gets dim after a short while i think I may have connected the altenator wrong has anyone got a diagram or advise please.

The thick brown wire goes to B+. The thinner one goes to D i think it is. Itll be smaller.

You may need to join the two large brown ones together.

2 brown wires to the big post, little wire to the little post!

Not the W little one though, thats for a rev counter.

make sure your harness is clipped up in the plastic clips and they are in good nick he the wiring is shorting on the engine block you will get the same Jai
