Slave Cylinder -Push Rod Clip - Part Number?

Does any body know the part number for the Slave cylinder Push rod clip for a series lll . :doh: To my horror today after removing the slave the push rod and clip came away with it,, one of the litter arms on the clip appear to have melted, found a few places online that sell them but unfortunatley no pictures and description. just wanna make sure I order the right one.
