Skytag Issue

Hi folks, when the engine starts it often sends a signal to Skytag which is a common fault apparently. This means there are dozens of signals sent every month. Basically, I'm not receiving any of these notifications. I only knew there was a problem when I changed my battery and I was expecting to get a notification from Skytag, but didn't. I've spoken to Skytag and also BT (who are my email provider) and haven't been able to find a solution, so I'm asking if anyone else has had the same issue and how they've sorted it out.
The tracker is functioning but I am not notified if there is an issue. I get the monthly check confirmation emails OK.
Skytag say multiple notifications from that server do not get through to the customer and they are aware of the problem. BT say they don't filter anything.

change email and see if that does it. I've found BT to be pretty crap
