Meet on the Long Mynd petrol station on Crossways SY6 6PG Sun 18th Mayat 9.00am. We can do lanes till you want to finish, there's enough to fill a week end to be honest. Does anyone want to avoid anything eg deep water or scratches etc.

Scratches don't really bother me, I don't mind water just depends how deep because I've only got a homemade snorkel.

Scratches not a big problem........ But I have no snorkel so deep water will be a prob for me....

On the lanes been to busy on my days off, my dad is probs comin on thurs hes never been off roading before, not tested the snorkal yet, ideas how i can test with out doing any damage my local car garage fitted it me ,

Don't worry mate. The water levels are low. Did them in a Disco without a snorkel. If you smother the air intake hole on the snorkel it should start to kill the engine. If not the air is getting in a gap

Disaster has struck! Misses has just come home saying there's a funny noise coming from the truck, been out and had a look and the rear wheel bearing is knackered. Have to get the spanners out tomorrow and get it fixed.

Good problem to have compared to others though. Have changed a wheel bearing in a bus stop in an hour. Piece of cake. Think a complete kit is less than £20. I always have a spare kit in the truck.
