Adz...sounds like you were in West Virginia? And the Yukon is outside the USAThey're pretty weird in Virginia too... A waitress asked about my accent (can't remember exactly what she said but it amounted to "You ain't from these here parts are ya boy?") so I said "I'm from the UK"
The reply was a classic bit of American misunderstanding and refusal to accept there is a wider World than the USA:
"The Yukon? You sure don't look like you're from the Yukon!"
