yes it would..........how hard did you ding it?

When I got my 2a it must have taken a good whack on the front wheel because the drive flange was bent.....the wheel ran fairly true but the stub axle and inner bearing were shot.

I only found out when I was fitting a new swivel seal...........the day before the MOT

I'd stick it through the mot and if nothing shows up get the wheel balanced and take it from there. Good luck :)

Update guys

Failed MOT but bearings were ok !! I have now had the wheels balanced and they wer out !!
Help on a straight flat road but on a country road with a few bumps not big ones if does it again so I'm asumming that the new steering damper is faulty ??

Would that's what u guys think ??

Cheers
Anthony

I would try the steering damper as we had a 200tdi that when you got up to about 45 -50mph it would shake till you slowed down, tried alsorts then changed to a heavy duty de carbon steering damper and all was fine again.
